My progress disappeared. Progress is stored on your device; deleting the app deletes it. Leaderboard entries on Game Center / Play Games stay with your platform account.
I made a purchase but don't see it. Open Settings in the game and tap "Restore purchases". If that doesn't fix it, email us with your store receipt.
Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple and Google; refunds go through the store you bought from. We can help you find the right page.

Are the pieces really fair? Yes — every run's pieces come from a deterministic bag tied to a seed. Same seed, same pieces, for everyone, always. No hidden difficulty switches.
When does Today's Race reset? At midnight UTC, for everyone at the same moment.
Can I retry Today's Race? You get one free attempt a day, plus up to three paid retries. Your best score counts, and retried results are marked on the share card.
