My progress disappeared. Scores are stored on your device; deleting the app deletes them. Leaderboard entries on Game Center / Play Games stay with your platform account.
I bought Remove Ads but still see ads. Open Settings in the game and tap "Restore purchases". If that doesn't fix it, email us with your store receipt.
Are the pieces really fair? Yes — every run's pieces come from a deterministic bag tied to a seed. Same seed, same pieces, for everyone, always. No hidden difficulty switches.
When does Today's Race reset? At midnight UTC, for everyone at the same moment.
