Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Lumopop Games ("we", "us") handles information in our mobile games (currently Seedblock) and on this website. Lumopop Games is the trade name of a sole proprietorship registered in Türkiye. Contact: support@lumopop.games.

The short version

Our games work without an account. Your scores and settings are stored on your device.
We don't sell your data, and we don't collect more than the game needs to run.
Third-party services (ads, leaderboards, analytics, purchases) process some device data under their own policies, listed below.

Data stored on your device

Game progress — scores, records, daily results, unfinished runs and settings — is saved locally on your device. Deleting the app deletes this data. We cannot access it.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Our free games show ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may process your device's advertising identifier, IP address and coarse device information to serve and measure ads.

In the EEA/UK, we ask for your consent through Google's consent dialog before personalized ads are shown; you can decline and receive non-personalized ads.
On iOS, personalized ads are only enabled if you allow tracking via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.

Purchasing "Remove Ads" permanently disables interstitial ads.

Leaderboards (Apple Game Center, Google Play Games)

If you choose to use leaderboards, your scores are submitted to Apple Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games Services (Android) under your platform account and their privacy policies (Apple, Google). We never see your account details.

Analytics & crash reporting

We may use Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand aggregate usage (e.g. how far players get, crashes) and improve the game. This data is pseudonymous and never used to identify you. See Firebase privacy.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your payment details.

Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EU, KVKK in Türkiye), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Since we hold essentially no personal data ourselves, most requests are handled by resetting ad identifiers in your device settings or contacting the third parties above — but we're happy to help: support@lumopop.games.

Changes

We'll post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date above.
